Ryxavo began in 2019 with cellular trackers for a European pet-tech brand. The product shipped, but the project exposed a pattern we kept seeing: hardware design, radio certification, firmware bring-up, and production were split across different vendors, each with its own priorities and timeline.

We built Ryxavo to remove that fragmentation. Our team owns the schematic, PCB, antenna layout, enclosure, embedded firmware, cloud handoff, test fixtures, and manufacturing ramp as one program. When a trade-off appears, the same people who designed the product are responsible for getting it through certification and into repeatable production.

Today we focus on 4G IoT products that need reliable wireless connectivity, low-power firmware, sensor integration, and market-specific compliance. Typical programs include pet GPS collars, cold-chain monitors, assisted-living SOS devices, outdoor cameras, asset trackers, and smart outdoor controllers.

We are deliberately small: 42 engineers, two production lines, and a limited number of active programs at a time. That ceiling is intentional. It keeps decision-makers close to the work, keeps customers talking to engineers, and keeps accountability from dissolving as the project moves from prototype to shipment.
